A primary school says pupils are reaping the rewards of running a mile a day in a drive to boost their fitness and concentration levels.
Youngsters at Chatsworth Primary School, in Heath Road, Hounslow , take time out of lessons each day to run or walk a mile around its playing field.
Children have only been taking part in the pioneering initiative since the start of 2016, but teachers say they are already noticing a difference in behaviour.
